What are ticket options?

These are optional extras which allow you to add products or services to your course at an extra cost to the participant. For example if you want to provide a meal, an optional extra day or even ask for a preference e.g. vegetarian or meat eater.

To add this to your course, find the ticket options tab in the final section of the course creation form. Choose the name of the option extra – this is usually in the form of a question e.g. Would you like to attend one day or both days?

You can then add however many fields as required for your answers – e.g. One day or Both days; Yes or No etc.

There is the option for each field to have an extra cost associated with this and also for One-to-One sessions extra time. This is relevant if the add-on is related to an extension of an appointment or to factor in travel time.
