Should you find yourself in this situation, you need to get in touch as soon as you can. We hold all payments for 2 days after the course date. If you encounter this issue then we will get in touch with the organiser and clarify what has happened. If we find that no course has taken place, then we will refund you your payment in full. We also reserve the right to remove organisers from courseUcan.
